We use SMS messaging via Zoom Phone to communicate with homeowners, association board members, and authorized contacts for non-marketing, operational purposes related to homeowner association management. Messages may include maintenance notifications, appointment confirmations, meeting reminders, service coordination, account or payment updates, community notices, and emergency or safety alerts.
Opt-In / Consent
You opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number through written agreements, web forms, account onboarding, or direct request.
